Pastor James E. Burks
James is the Pastor of Body of Christ Fellowship and the Founder and President of One Voice Ministries, Inc., both located in Palm Bay, FL. James has over 36 years of ministry experience pastoring in both Michigan and Florida. Since 1986, James has been blessed with an amazing helpmate, Heather Anne, and has enjoyed being an author, educator, artist, as well as a father and grandfather. His hearts desire is to preach the gospel, hopeful that all that hear will come to Christ seeking salvation. Since 2017, his heart has been drawn to orphans and widows in Malawi, Africa,
based on James 1:27.
Heather A. Burks
Heather carries a deep desire to see all followers of Jesus Christ healed, whole, and experiencing the abundant life He came to give them. Heather has had a passion for mission work beginning with teen missions in Appalachia until present day Malawi. She is a woman of God, devoted to scripture, and a prayer warrior. Heather resides in Florida with her loving and supportive husband since 1986, James. Together they have 4 children and 10 grandchildren. Heather is the author of “Approaching the Throne for Freedom and Healing.”
